Whole house re-pipe. Nothing like 30+yr old copper pipes corroding from going through the slab and springing leaks everywhere every few years. 3 leaks in two years was enough. Time to re-pipe the entire house.
Brian and his team did an amazing professional job re-piping my mom's entire house in a matter of days. They came in covered everything strategically opened up the walls and re-plumbed the entire house. I figured it would be a disaster, but it turned out to be a precise surgical procedure. Their drywall guy then came in and made it look like nothing had ever happened.

I love Veterans Choice Plumbing Heating and Air! I use them for all my plumbing, heating and air needs. They are always extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Fair pricing and I love the discount for military families! Charles was my technician today for my annual heater inspection. He’s extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. Really appreciate his thoroughness and detailed explanation at the end.
Veterans Choice was very accommodating for scheduling of my tankless water heater flush when I needed a specific day. I received communication once the appointment was scheduled, a reminder notice and Jacob texted when he was on his way. From start to finish he was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Jacob took the time to explain the process, showed me the inside of the unit and provided great explanations. Everything went so smoothly, Thank you Jacob.
Our AC was finally starting to give out after 28 years so I gave Veteran’s Choice a call. They had done a great job on a couple of smaller plumbing issues in our home. From the consultation with Robert to the install with Josimar and Jeremiah, I’m incredibly pleased. Our new AC is working great!
Veteran's Choice was awesome! Jacob was able to come out right away to remove & replace our toilet. He installed one that we picked out at the store with no problem. Very professional and easy to get along with. They also offer a discount for veterans. We'd go with Veteran's Choice again for future plumbing needs.
From the emergency call serviced by Ryan to the proposal to replace the unit by Tim down to the flawless installation by Jeremia and Josimar, I can say I am very pleased with the outcome. I am glad I placed a call to Veteran’s Choice Heating and Plumbing in Murrieta, CA.
You can see the difference in unit size and the meticulous work performed at our family home. I was away from home on a work trip to the state of Virginia and Ryan was supportive of our needs. He got us up and running and suggested I speak to Tim to look at options to replace. He only suggested without really pushing me to replace our unit. Tim was at our house a day later and helped me size an efficient unit given our home is already solar powered.
I spoke to Tim on a Monday and by Wednesday we had a new unit. Tim was easy to work with and he provided me with a few options.
The installer team was Jeremia and Josimar which were quick to communicate with me as they were scheduled to arrive early in the morning. They asked for feedback at all times and took care of our home with carpet covers, etc.
They demoed the old unit and took care of the new unit. They ran both heating and cooling tests and double checked Freon capacity, etc. our home feels way better already and in my opinion, they took care of us in record time. The same day they had our home scheduled for install was the same day they completed the work.
Professionally installed, demo work picked up and cleaned. They asked us if we had any questions and asked for feedback throughout the install. Super happy to recommend all involved along with the company. I feel relieved and happy with the results so far! Thank you very much for the fast, efficient and easy process to replace our HVAC system. My grand daughter can now enjoy her room at the far corner of the house which usually gets hot over the summer!

100000% recommend. The honesty is unmatched! Ryan is THE BEST! We have an older unit and was instantly told by every other company we needed a new system without even looking at it. Veterans choice came out within 2 hours of me calling and was able to repair my unit. I understand I will need a new unit but couldn’t fit it in the budget at the time of repair. We will be calling Veterans Choice to get a new system when the time is right! They are my new go to!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN RYAN!
Robert originally helped us find the right package for our home. He was attentive, informative , friendly and completely understanding of our budget. Once the order process was completed the hard work was done by Alfredo and David. The two were amazing!! What a great duo! They did an awesome job removing all the old stuff in the attic, our old systems and installed everything in 2 days, no messes left behind at all! And now my home has AC!! They were so friendly and helpful! I am extremely grateful to the team!!! Veterans is the best and only choice you should have!!!
Outreached start with Robert for new furnace/air conditioner. He was very professional and informative which sold the deal. They had a fast turn around time once I made the decision to go with the company (next day). Ozzy and Freddy showed up on time and were very efficient and professional and completed the task within the timeframe given. Thank you!!

Robert was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and he created several solutions and options regarding the most effective way to make the replacement/repair financially the best way to go. Robert is the best.
It was the best decision to go with Veteran’s Choice on dealing with our AC/Heating and Plumbing previously too. All staff had been excellent and efficient in all of the process, Devin with the tune up, Robert with keeping us informed on every detail and especially Ozzy and Freddy on getting all the work done. I contacted Veterans Choice who assisted with repairing my water heater issue. James and Jacob were able to diagnose my issue, ID the faulty part, and fixed it immediately. They also discovered my water heater was still under warranty and was able to get the part free of cost.

Ozzy and Freddy were great at relocating the AC unit. The job was done quickly and just as described. They made sure everything was working properly and ensured we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend as pricing is very fair.
Alfredo & David from Veterans Choice just installed a new air conditioning unit for my family & the work they did was top notch. Both guys were happy to answer any and all questions we had concerning the work being done and the unit they installed. More importantly they made my mom feel comfortable with the installation process which I really appreciate. They even took the time to straighten out our gate to the backyard once they were done installing the condenser. We have now had a new heater, 2 Years Ago, and now a new Air Conditioning System installed and maintained by Veterans Choice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable, friendly and most of all knowledgeable work done on their house. This is our 3rd time using Veterans Choice. We have been very happy with their work on the plumbing side so we had them come out for our AC issue.They came over the next day and throughly checked the system to find out what was wrong .It was hard to hear that our only 10 year old system was going to be very costly to fix. They explained our options and it made better sense to just replace the unit especially with the “ new” R-32 refrigerant that is now in affect. Josimar and Jeremiah were the hard working professionals that installed our system. They came out Saturday morning, finished in early afternoon and did an excellent job. Very professional and accommodating. We will continue to call Veterans Choice for any plumbing or HVAC servicing, and of course recommend them to anyone asking for recommendations on who to call.
